Refund & Return Policy

Refund policy:
After received of product’s, in case accepted product problems (e.g. product’s broken, cracked, wrong size, product does not work, product does not match the product picture that shown on website, etc.), you can get the full price of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.

1) Products can only be refund if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
2) After receiving delivery of your ordered products, within the maximum of 24 hours, you will need to mail to 'support@mowchak.com.bd' or call us for compliance to number +8801711458600.
3) You must have to show/send us the proof of product problems.
4) Complaint Box opened 9:30AM to 4:30PM (except government holiday) to response on email and attend on phone.
5) FACEBOOK OR OTHER MESSAGES/MESSENGER COMPLAINT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE!
6) In case of refund, if product’s broken or cracked, you will need to mail to support@mowchak.com.bd with the products image status.
7) In case of full refund, if wrong size, product does not work, product does not match the product picture that shown on website, the products must be completely intact with box and unused. Otherwise, we are unable to Replace your product problems.
8) After complain you must return the product’s to the office of concern courier (from that courier you have received the product’s) or MOWCHAK.COM.BD's office by own responsibilities within a maximum of 4 (four) days.

Our Complaint Team will call you for any complaints related to products and services. For this, we want you to be activated on the registered phone until your complaint is resolved. If the given number gotten OFF, the alternative number must be active. You will need to tell us the way to refund money for the refund. If we do not receive any kind of cooperation within 15 working days on phone or email, we will consider your complaint to be settled.

Note:
1. Product’s order will be delivered subject to stock.
2. If you are refunded after ordering the product on the cash-on delivery, the refund will be refunded within 30 working days to BKash or Rocket number for your registered number for refund money.
3. After order confirmation, MOWCHAK.COM.BD has the power to cancel your order at any time due to inevitable reasons. In case of paid advance, you need to return the product to the concern courier. After giving back the product’s from that courier, MOWCHAK.COM.BD will refund the advance payment to your registered financial account (BKash No. / Rocket No. / Card no. and other) within a maximum of 30 working days after the return of MOWCHAK.COM.BD product’s.

Return policy:
We cover 24 hours Replacement Guarantee for all physical product’s sold on MOWCHAK.COM.BD! Returns are only applicable to the order items/products availability. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Requirement for a valid Return:
1. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
2. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
3. Must have to email us to 'support@Mowchak.com.bd' within 24 hours after receive the products from Courier/Delivery person. Also must have to call us +8801711458600 to inform about the Returns issue you must have to show/send us the proof (Video and Image) of product problems by email.

Customers are requested to check the product’s before pay (COD) and receiving finally from the Courier/Delivery person otherwise if customer get faulty product’s, customer needs to send the products to our office by own responsibilities within 4 (four) days of complain. Make sure to submit complain within 24 hours are received the product’s.

Valid condition and reasons to return product’s (General):
• Delivery of wrong product
• Delivery of defective product
• Delivery of the products with missing parts
• Incorrect content on website

Customers are requested to check the product’s before pay (COD) and receiving finally from the Courier/Delivery person.

The following products cannot be returned:
Underwear Swimwear Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs Consumables such as cigars and beverages.

Cancellation and refund due to products unavailability:
Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our depot/warehouse/store. We may cancel any order within 4 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable. In such a case, if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order. The customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cash back within 07 to 10 working days. Received Cash back amount will be adjusted with the refund amount. Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendor’s products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.

Return guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product’s delivered.
